Crockpot Chili

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
2 sausages (casing removed)
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can cannelloni beans (drained)
1 can chili beans  (not drained)
1 can pinto beans (drained)
1/2 white onion, diced
2 large cloves of garlic, pressed
2 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp cumin
1 12oz bottle dark beer

Directions:


In a large crockpot combine beans, beer, diced tomatoes and seasoning
Turn crockpot on high
In a frying pan cook ground beef and the sausages
drain the oil off the meat and add to the crockpot
chop onions and pressed garlic and add to a small frying pan with olive oil
once the onions and garlic and lightly browned add to the crockpot
Turn crockpot down to low and cook for 5 hours
